R. Randy Graddic is committed to servanthood and teaching the Gospel. His revelatory and Kingdom-agenda messages continue to equip the Body of Christ. He has a passion for ministering to men who are re-entering the church following a time of prison and prodigal lifestyles. Additionally, his ministry gifts include promoting excellent leadership qualities in ministers of the Gospel as well as teaching spiritual and practical principles for Kingdom living.

 Randy Graddic was born in Rock Hill, South Carolina and was reared in Columbus, Ohio where he was nurtured in the Pentecostal faith at Friendship Pentecostal Church in Springfield, Ohio under the tutelage of the late Pastor Geneva Burgess. After relocating to Cleveland, Ohio in 1978, he became a student of the Word and attended Aenon Bible College and Christ United Theological School.

 Upon acknowledging a call to preach the gospel and submitting to extensive ministry preparation, Elder Randy was licensed in 2001 and ordained in 2005. He has served the church in several capacities including Parish Pastor, Chairman of the Trustee Board, member of the Finance Committee, Sunday School Youth Instructor, Vice Chairman of the Brotherhood, Vice Chairman of the Pentecostal Church of Christ Federal Credit Union, and Vice President of the Scholarship Foundation. In 2009, he was ordained pastor and in 2015 was commissioned an apostle under the apostolic covering of Apostle Winnie Hamilton, PhD, of Son Rise Global Ministries, Inc., where he serves as the Assistant to the Bishop, Director of International Missions, and is a member of the Executive Board. Called to global evangelism, Apostle Randy ministers on the Continent of Africa in Monrovia, Liberia and Harare, Zimbabwe.

 Professionally, Randy is a self-employed construction manager and commercial builder. He is also an entrepreneur and the owner of Shaker Wireless LLC, a Boost Mobile Select Retail located in Shaker Heights, Ohio.

 Apostle Randy leads in ministry with his wife, Prophet Linette, through Mercy Center Global Ministries, an outreach Ministry located in Euclid, Ohio where he is the Executive Director. His organization seeks to effect emotional and spiritual wellness for clergy, leaders and people of faith by providing ministry, counseling, education and empowerment. Apostle R.
