Pastor Chelsea T. Pernell is the founder of Kingdom Keepers Church and Chelsea T. Pernell Ministries, located in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a woman of great integrity, motivated by a spirit of excellence. Multi-gifted, Pastor Pernell is not only a Pastor but a life coach, teacher, founder of Preacher Girl 3:16, talk show host, interior designer, successful business owner and realtor with one of Cleveland’s premier real estate brokerage firms.

During her sermons and speeches, Pastor Pernell allows herself to become a vessel, available for the Holy Spirit to speak to and through her. Many in her audiences, who are touched by the Holy Spirit, are moved to make life-changing decisions. Pastor Pernell takes no credit for these miracles; the Holy Spirit is in charge and all praise and glory are due to God. Having been commissioned to preach and teach the Gospel to all that will hear and to arise and be about her Father’s business, Pastor Pernell has embarked on a journey that will take her near and far—leading souls to Christ Jesus, transforming lives, prophesying, and spreading the good news.

A licensed and ordained preacher, Pastor Pernell earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education from Cuyahoga Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Psychology from Capital University. In 2008, Pastor Pernell obtained a Master of Divinity Degree from Temple Bible College and Seminary in Cleveland, Ohio. Pastor Pernell is presently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) at South University. Pastor Pernell is married to Andrew Pernell and has three very amazing sons, Brian Andre (a beautiful bonus daughter Brandi), Leland Christopher, and Brian Christopher, also the proud Bella to Braelyn(her first granddaughter).
